Dr. Dave Mullen has served as Senior Pastor of Church of the Living God since its beginnings in 1983. He has received a diploma from Elim Bible Institute in Biblical Studies, a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Ministry from Fort Wayne Bible College, a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the School of Bible Theology. Ordained with Elim Fellowship of Lima, NY, he is also Elim's Regional Director for its churches and pastors in New England. Pastor Dave's desire is to see people come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to a place of wholeness and spiritual maturity. He has embraced Paul's description of ministry in Col. 1:28, "We proclaim Jesus, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect (mature) in Christ." Pastor Dave and his wife, Marsha, also a graduate of Elim Bible Institute, were married in 1978 and have three daughters, Melinda, Angela, and Carissa.

Rev. Eric Peoples serves as Senior Associate Pastor at Church of the Living God and Generation Pastor for our youth/young adults ministry, Merge Ahead . In 1994, he graduated from Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY and is ordained with Elim Fellowship. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's Degree in leadership at Regent University. A seasoned mission-team leader, Pastor Eric has led hundreds of youth on mission trips in the U.S. as well as to multiple nations in South and Central America, Europe and Asia. Pastor Eric is frequently in demand as a conference speaker and is recognized as a prophetic voice to this generation. He and his wife Melissa, who also attended Elim Bible Institute, were married in 1990. They have three children, Moriah, Lauren, and Christian.

Rev. David Bonadies is an Associate Pastor at Church of the Living God. He has been an active member since 1985 and has served on staff since 1996. Pastor David attended Elim Bible Institute and is ordained with Elim Fellowship. In keeping with CLG’s vision to impact the nations, Pastor David has led various adult mission teams to Mexico, Europe, Africa, and India. He also oversees Connections, the small-group ministry of the church, and the Alpha Course, a program that seeks to answer questions regarding the basics of Christianity and provides individuals an opportunity to learn how to apply the teachings of the Bible to their lives in a practical way. He and his wife, Anne-Marie, who also attended Elim Bible Institute, were married in 1992. They have three children, Julia, Sophie and Lucas.

Pastor Dave Waite is the Assistant Youth Pastor at Church of the Living God. He has been actively involved at the church since 1997 and on staff since 2000. Pastor Dave oversees our vibrant children's ministry, Merge Kids, as well as our summer Vacation Bible School. He also assists with Merge Ahead, the generation ministry of Church of the Living God aimed at teens and young adults. He has led Merge Ahead mission teams to over a dozen nations across Africa, Europe, and South America. Pastor Dave has taken courses at Elim Bible Institute, served as a Generation Intern at The City Church in Kirkland, Washington, and is licensed with Elim Fellowship of Lima, NY. He and his wife, Katelyn were married in 2003 and have one child, Evan.

Pastor Mike Kim serves as worship pastor at Church of the Living God, overseeing both the adult and youth worship ministries. Pastor Mike has traveled extensively leading worship, speaking, and training in the United States and overseas in Europe, South and Central America, and Canada. Spirit-led and highly congregational, many of his songs are being used throughout the world, including A Thousand Tongues, Generation Holy, and Not My Own. Pastor Mike has released two of his own worship recordings, one independently and another in conjunction with Grammy-Award winning producers and engineers. Licensed through Elim Fellowship of Lima, NY, he has also served on their National Youth Committee since 2004. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2001, and is currently finishing his M.A. at Alliance Theological Seminary. Pastor Mike and his wife Iris were married in 2005.
